Meeting notices

At 5 p.m. Nov. 2, members of the Chesterfield County School Board will meet with members of the Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors. This meeting of the Liaison Committee will take place at the School Administration Building, 9900 Krause Road.

At 2 p.m. Nov. 9, the Chesterfield County School Board will meet in closed session to discuss possible student disciplinary action pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(2) of the Code of Virginia. The meeting will take place at the School Administration Building.

The Chesterfield County School Board will meet Nov. 10:

· At 4:30 p.m., the School Board will meet for dinner at the School Administration Building.

· At 5 p.m., the School Board will hold a work session at the School Administration Building on a redesign for Meadowbrook High School and on new state requirements for economics and financial literacy instruction.

· At 7 p.m., the School Board will hold a business meeting in the Public Meeting Room, 10001 Iron Bridge Road. The meeting will include public hearings on the technology master plan for 2010-2014 and on comprehensive revisions to the School Board policy manual. Both documents are available online at chesterfield.k12.va.us. People who wish to speak during a public hearing are asked to contact the School Board clerk at 748-1497 to add their name to the speakers list.
