the School Board Chesterfield's five-member School Board is the school division's elected governing body. Its responsibilities include policy making, budget approval, hiring and evaluation of the superintendent, hearing appeals of discipline and grievance issues and other duties as prescribed by law. Board members serve four-year terms, which expire on Dec. 31, 2011. |
